Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Storage Hub (https://fi3ik-mme.github.io/storage-hub/), a browser-based client for managing Google Drive accounts developed by Mykhailo Mikus. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Storage Hub is a client-side web application that connects to Google services using OAuth 2.0. The app helps you browse, organize, and perform file operations in Google Drive through a file-manager interface. The service is provided on an “as is” basis without guaranteed uptime or support levels. Storage Hub is not affiliated with Google LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Google account and be legally able to agree to these Terms. You must comply with Google’s Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy when using this app.

3. Your Google account

You sign in directly with Google. We do not create separate user accounts. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Google account and device
  • Reviewing and approving OAuth permissions requested by the app
  • All actions taken in Google Drive through the app while you are signed in

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
  • Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse Google APIs or the app
  • Use the app to distribute malware or access data you are not authorized to access
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

5. Google Drive access

The app requests permission to access Google Drive on your behalf. File creation, modification, deletion, copying, and sharing performed in the app affect your Google Drive data. Review operations carefully, especially when using features that act across multiple signed-in accounts.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mykhailo Mikus and contributors to Storage Hub are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or inability to use it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Open-source software

The app’s source code may be available in its public repository. Use, modification, and distribution of the source code may be subject to the license included in that repository in addition to these Terms for the hosted service.

9. Changes to the service or Terms

We may modify the app or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by signing out and revoking access in your Google Account settings. We may discontinue or restrict the hosted app at any time without notice.

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via the project repository: github.com/fi3ik-mme/storage-hub/issues.
